Refinishing Nancy's Furniture

Bumps on Carly's Nose. Does anyone know what it may be?

About an hour after walking Carly at Serrano Creek, my Son noticed a large open scratch (not shown in picture) and a group of inflamed bumps on Carly's nose. Does anybody recognize this? We do have both poison ivy and oak in the creek, along with fire ants and other critters.
